Scope of Services. Through this Site, 24/7 Towing markets and arranges Roadside Assistance, Flatbed Towing, Jump Start, Auto Lockout Service, Breakdown Recovery. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://247towingin.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of 24/7 Towing or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Account Closure. 24/7 Towing reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 24/7 Towing makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Cap on Damages. Liability of 24/7 Towing arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 24/7 Towing from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under IN law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in IN for any related dispute.
Updates. 24/7 Towing reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
